The 90" x 48" MORryde RV Cargo Sliding Tray # MR32FR actually can be pulled out from either side of the trailer like what you mentioned! There is a latch system on either end that needs to be released to be able to pull it towards you so the rollers will stop when they reach a certain spot and stay stationary until you need to move the other side.

You won't use sealant on the roof when installing the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System # ACM135BC. The foam gasket is going to get compressed as you bolt down the unit and form the seal. It's important that you don't drag or slide the unit on the roof as you could damage the roof membrane or the AC's gasket.
